Select a Membership Type	Annual Active Membership ($40.00) Any employee of a law enforcement agency or law enforcement training organization engaged in the training of law enforcement officers in the use of the emergency vehicle. Annual Associate Member ($65.00) Any private citizen or non-profit organization not directly involved in law enforcement interested and supportive of law enforcement officers and the mission and goals of A.L.E.R.T. INTERNATIONAL. Annual Corporate Membership ($500.00) Any corporation that provides products or services used in emergency vehicle operations or training or any corporation that supports the mission and goals of A.L.E.R.T. INTERNATIONAL. ALERT Instructor Certification: Member ($50.00) Certification is good for two years from date of approval. Process is a written exam along with practical skills evaluation. Application must be submitted before written exam is provided. ALERT Instructor Certification: Non-Member ($90.00) Certification is good for two years from date of approval. Process is a written exam along with practical skills evaluation. Application must be submitted before written exam is provided ALERT Instructor Re-Certification: Member ($25.00) Certification is good for two years from date of approval. In order to re-certify in the program, an instructor must submit an application. The application must indicate the number of classes in which they instructed since their last certification. Additionally they must also list training courses or seminars they attended which would further their knowledge and expertise in EVOC Training.
